You’re eligible to return your item within 90 days if:

  • The part received was damaged during shipping. 

  • The part received was incorrect (wrong part sent).

  • The part does not fit your vehicle due to an incorrect item description.

  • The part is defective upon arrival.

  • The part failed during its intended use.

  • You no longer need the part.

  • You ordered the wrong part by mistake.

 

We’ll cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the parts shipped back are unused and in their original condition, with all items and components in the original package.

 

How to Return Your Item

We’ve made the return process easy and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us for Return Authorization:

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.


2. Prepare Your Package:

  • Attach the prepaid shipping label (UPS, Purolator, or FedEx) to the outside of your package.

  • Drop off your package at any location for the respective carrier.


3. Receive a Replacement or Refund:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item. The timeline for receiving your replacement will depend on your location and the carrier.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

Refund Amount: Refunds will cover the actual price of the returned item. Installation costs and express shipping fees are non-refundable if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order.
