- Normal wear and tear, including surface rust or cosmetic fading.
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
- Failures due to use with worn or incompatible non-Max components.
- Accidents, negligence, or improper repairs.
- Damage from external events (e.g., fire, flood, collision, natural disasters).
- Competitive racing or motorsport use (see below).

MAX Advanced Brakes products are specifically engineered for daily driving, commuting, and light recreational off-road use. Use in racing, track, or competitive environments falls outside the scope of intended design and is therefore not covered under warranty. Damage or failure resulting from such applications will not be eligible for warranty claims.
