At Max Advanced Brakes, we take pride in delivering high-quality braking solutions. Our warranty program is designed to give you peace of mind—backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues or damages, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of purchase. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

After the 90-day return window, the following warranty terms apply. Coverage includes part replacement or refund and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranties are non-transferable.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • Brake Kits – PerformanceMax & ComfortMax Series: 1-year warranty with unlimited mileage. Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship.
  • Brake Kits – ValueMax & StyleMax Series: 1-year warranty with unlimited mileage. Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship.
  • Individual Components (Rotors, Pads, Calipers): 6-month warranty with unlimited mileage. Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship.

* All warranties begin on the original date of purchase.

 

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products past the warranty period.
  • Normal wear and tear, including rust or surface pitting.
  • Damage from improper installation, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage due to poor maintenance or careless handling.
  • External events such as floods, fires, or natural disasters.
  • Use in racing or competitive driving applications.

 

Liability Limitations

Our warranty covers only the cost of the faulty product. We do not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental costs related to removal or installation.

 

Manufacturer’s Disclaimer

Max Advanced Brakes products are designed for street and recreational off-road use only. They are not warranted for off-road racing or competitive driving. Failures due to such uses are not covered under warranty.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim
